Forgot Account Password?

If you don't remember your account password, then you can retrieve it easily. Visit ‘My Account’ page, enter your email address and click the ‘Remind me Password’ link. You will receive your password information in your email shortly. After you receive your password, log in to your account, click the Change password tab and change your password.

Update Your Account Details

To update your personal information, visit ‘My Account’, log in and click on ‘Update My Details’. Here you can change or update information like: Name, Postal Address, etc. and click the Update tab. Due to security reasons, you won't be able to change your email address because it is the main source of communication between us.
